Where are you based and how can I see your work in person?
I’m based Bayside in Brisbane, Queensland. My studio hours are by appointment only, but if you’d like to schedule something please email me at: tina@tinadinte.com.au Alternatively I do attend a number of local markets and am always up for a chat. Check out my Instagram or Facebook page to see where I will be next. If there is a piece you are specifically interested in, I can bring it along.

FREE shipping of artworks is offered on all orders over $500.
Of course, free pick up is available on all items!
How long does it take for me to receive my artwork?
Each painting is carefully packaged and sent either by a courier or Pack n Send. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for domestic orders.
I do offer a pick up service, so you are welcome to organise a time to pick up your new artwork instead of receiving it in the mail/courier. Please select this option in the Shopping Cart.

Do you ship overseas?
I am currently unable to do International orders through the website.

How will my very large artwork be shipped to me?
I work with my local Pack n Send franchise. They have a lot of experience sending artwork throughout Australia and all over the world. They handle my artwork with the utmost care and will package your painting safely.
How can I pay?
Payments are made online. If paying with Credit Card through the website, Shopify will process the transaction. You can also pay through PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit.
If paying by Direct Bank Deposit, please use the name of the product and your last name in the Payment Reference, so I know who you are. Once the funds have been cleared, I will send your new artwork!
If you would prefer to pay offline, please contact me and I can send you an invoice for payment.

Is there a way I can preview what a painting would look like in my house?
Yes! I know how important seeing a painting in your space is. Simply email tina@tinadinte.com.au)a picture of your blank wall, with dimensions of at least one piece of furniture. Be sure to capture it with bright and even lighting. I will then place the piece on your wall digitally and send it back for you to check out.

Can I see an artwork I love in my house?
Yes! If you live within 30min of Bayside in Brisbane, I can bring an artwork to your house and show you how it will look. With a background in interior styling, I can also offer recommendations on where it will look best plus what additional accessories may add an extra wow factor to the artwork.

What type of materials do you use and how do you finish your paintings?
Most of my work is created using acrylic, water based mediums and varnishes. Canvas originals are varnished (a liquid sealant) to protect your painting from dust and light. I use Liquitex Varnish in either satin, gloss or high gloss finishes. I find the colourful artwork looks a lot brighter when varnished with gloss/high gloss varnish.
Do I need to frame the painting?
The original canvases can be hung just as they are. I attach "D" ring hooks and use professional grade wire to the backs of the paintings. The sides of the canvases are painted, which adds to the overall look of the painting.

Please choose carefully, all sales are final. We don't give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
